Throughout the pandemic and at all times, Sonrisas Dental Health takes patient, staff and community health very seriously. As a nonprofit health care provider in San Mateo County we implemented many safety practices during the pandemic to ensure the well being of staff and patients alike. Things have shifted somewhat in the course of the pandemic and we are grateful to be able to come together in a largely outdoor and well ventilated space for the gala.

If you are experiencing symptoms of the coronavirus including fever, cough, or shortness of breath or if you have been in close contact with someone that has had COVID-19 recently, we respectfully ask you not to enter the event.

To request a refund for your ticket please email Maura at mhsieh@sonrisasdental.org although we would be most grateful to consider your ticket a donation to help us ensure that the most vulnerable members of our community have access to free or low cost dental care.

Masks are not required, but masks and hand sanitizer will be available at check-in.

Auction software provider Greater Giving is certified Level 1 PCI (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant, the highest and most secure level for PCI compliance, thereby ensuring that your data is protected and that all credit card processing is secure.

Our V.I.P check-out will make supporting Sonrisas Dental Health hassle-free. With our V.I.P check-out, you are guaranteed a swift exit with your purchases in hand!

Here’s how it works:

1. When you check-in at the event, your credit card will be swiped.
2. You will be charged only for the items that you purchase. If you do not purchase items at the auction or make a donation, your card will not be charged.
3. If you are a successful bidder on any Live or Silent auction item, you will be informed at your table and your account will be charged.
4. All items associated with your winning bid will be available to you at the V.I.P Check-Out area.

• Weather this time of year is in the 60s and the event will be primarily outdoors, so we encourage you to bring layers.
• Please bring your credit card, as it will be taken at check-in for any auction items or donations.
• Don’t forget to share your meal preferences when you purchase your ticket. If you are a guest of a table sponsor, be sure to share your seating preference and contact information.
